06 MCS - I bought it Oct 16, with 8513 miles. As of yesterday, 13073. I've had my butt parked in that seat a lot in the last couple of months

'06 MC Checkmate 5000 mi. exactly as of 11/29/09. (Been away at college without it ). Had it since I ordered it.

 

03/04 build R50 had 59,XXX when I traded it in. It had ALOT of small issues, most covered under warranty. Although, having the entire engine cooling system replaced always made me nervous about the longevity of my particular engine. I loved this car though very much! I mean, it was my first MINI and I ordered it MY way from Oxford.

10/07 build R56S just turned over 32,XXX and again I've had some issues from the dreaded cold start clatter (finally fixed with the new tensioner) to the replacement of the drivers seat cushion due to the seat heater unit going bad. Oh, and the melting hood scoop. Again, all things covered under warranty.

It is nice to see high mileage MINI's here as I WILL own a MINI for the rest of my in one way or another. I want to hold on to my R56S for a VERY long time. MINI's may be trouble some times, but I'm learning everyday, the driving experience is worth it. C-ya at the MOTD8 this spring! Cheers.

 

I'm at 111,000 as of today. Going to have to look out for the magical 111,111 mile mark!
