Some of the last '06 models came with 14mm lugs which were 12mm previously. Other than that they are pretty much the same.

Yeah, my '06 has the larger lugs. Some of the cars from the last month on the production line had the larger brakes from the '07 modes on them (same size as the JCW brakes for the R53) but I have only ever seen one right after the guy bought it new.
