Any Disadvantages to a Stud Conversion Kit?

Hello,

My stock bolts are all rusted and I am considering this M12 Stud Conversion Kit I see on Outmotoring.com.

http://www.outmotoring.com/mini-coop...rsion-kit.html

Are there any known disadvantages to using this kit rather than Stud Bolts?

Is there anything special needed besides just screwing in the "bolts"? ..

Thanks for any relevant info! Now turn off pc and go drive

glue them into the humb with loctite.. you are adding 1 more thing that can come loose..

bigger thing to do is always torque bots to their proper spec and check them once in a while

You should be okay so long as you tighten them down to spec. I ran studs on my old VW's in the past and never had any issues with them.
