Exterior door handle removal 06 R50

Hi All! Searched everywhere but couldnt find any info on removing the door handles from an R50 06 MC. Anyone out there do this? I have interior panels removed and 1 of the 2 bolts removed, but cant get to the 2nd bolt. Very tight, bought a tiny ratchet that fits but cant tell what size the bit is for the one at the outermost (fat part) of the handle. Then there is the issue of un doing the cable! lol Bought new handles and wanna install em. sounded easier than it is! any Ideas? experience? Thanx in advance!!

The bit size is going to be the same for both bolts. If you look at the door jam at the top, there is a little black cover by the window. It is held in by a few clips. You'll pull that up. There will be a little hole under the cover where you can slide through an allen. You're going to want to pick up the appropriate sized allen in a BALL SOCKET T-HANDLE. This hole will allow you to get to the second bolt but you'd need a ball ended allen to be able to actually unscrew it because it'll be at an angle.

Going through the door panel and trying to reach up and do it on the inside with the socket is SUPER hard. I was never able to get it like that. Through the hole works MUCH better. I wish I had pictures to show you, but I didn't take any. Here is a link:
