'05 into '02 engine tranny swap ??

Can I put an '05 engine/tranny setup into my
'02 MCS ??
I have the complete '05 front clip available so I have all the parts and harnesses I may need.
What issues will I run into if the swap is feasible??

Same question here.... But to add to it, how about an '05 6 spd to replace my '02 5 spd?
