I had my wind shield recently replaced and since then I've been noticing some unusual behavior:

!. If I start the car with the stalk in the auto position, the wipers may go...
2. If I leave them on whilst I drive, they may also go at random.

Would the sensor have been replaced with the glass? Is this behavior indicative of a bad sensor or is this common behavior on the newer rain sensor units? I'm about to call my insurance company / the glass replacement company and have words with them, but I want to know more before I do so... any ideas?
