Does anyone out there know of any window tinting shops in the San Francisco Bay area who do excellent work on MINIs ?

I haven't been there, but a friend had his MINI tinted at A Shade Darker in Santa Rosa. They did a great job, and worked all the way to the edges of the front windows, and didn't muck up them up (since the windows come down slightly when you open them). I'm going to get mine tinted there when I get around to it. :smile: It's a bit of a drive, but you can go joyriding in Marin and Sonoma and Napa when you're done. :smile: I recall hearing from them that they have a limited lifetime warranty, but I'd have to check again to make sure..

 

I've gotten all my cars done at a place in campbell called california auto tint 408-370-9399. Talk to bob. They mainly do high-end cars like BMWs, porsche, etc.. They did the tint in my 740i and did a great job. They also offer a life-time warranty on the tint with free replacement if the tint goes bad or comes off. they will do my mini as soon as Julie @ Classic sends it to me.
