Multiple Mechanical Issue Help

Took the mini to the dealership for the CEL and of course I now have a long laundry list of problems to deal with that had nothing to do with the CEL.

1) Engine Mount- How difficult is it to change the engine mounts? I believe the right side is bad.
2) Leaking Oil from Oil Pan - Assuming all I need is a new gasket. Is this easy to change?
3) Right Side Lower Ball Joint - Needs to be changed. Anyone had any experience with this?

1. Not that hard, but you do want a floor jack to support the engine. If you are somewhat mechanically inclined figure 3-4 hours for the first time you do it.

2. I've always assumed this to be a bit tricky, but I havent done it so I cant comment.

3. There are two low ball joints, one on the steering knuckle and one on the subframe. The one of the knuckle isnt too bad, the one on the subframe requires dropping the subframe I think.

Mount: Typical. Easy replace.
Oil leak: Not uncommon. May only be the crank position sensor cover oring?
Ball joint: Probably unusual.

The engine mount is easy. If you can't do that, the others are way too hard. Ball joints are important. The car will be a better car with it fixed (same with the mount) Oil pan, it really depends. I would go under and try to tighten all the fasteners I can reach, then watch the oil. A little oil can look like a lot. If the oil isn't disappearing, it isn't an issue. Also, as suggested above, the oil leak may be higher up and just appear to be coming from the oil pan (though it is a common spot).

For me, if it isn't losing oil, I wouldn't worry about it, just keep an eye on it in case it does get bad.
