it is pre wired. I didnt know if I had more wires to install. I hate wire thats why I was concerned. Anything on each individual part number? I found a slavage yard that only has MINIs so can I use used parts or does it have to be the "retrofit kit"?

You can use the used parts if you find them. Note that the parts changed over time. Originally the tilt sensor was separate, in later versions it was integrated into the siren. So make sure that you get all the right parts!

Does the tilt sensor go on the drivers side or passenger side? I read someones directions and he said "left" so I took that as left when your looking in the boot. I didnt find the harness but I did find this weird white handle with a gas tank. What is that. I found the harness on the passenger side so It goes there I take it?

I believe that would be the emergency fuel door release.

I am not sure how much you will get charged for used parts from a salvage yard, but IMO I think you might be better off just getting brand new. $235 isn't that much for brand new parts and peace of mind.

Old thread, but does anyone know if the stalk indicated: 65750397059
Has the auto headlight position on it? If not, anyone now the part number for the auto headlight stalk, with the alarm indicator on it? Thanks
