ok phil-I got your message on my answering machine and I left you my cell phone #, so the next move is yours.I hope you are continuing to read the comments by the people who have responded here.Are you getting the message yet?Do you now know how pissed off people are getting?The reality of this problem is that Minis have a problem that isn't being dealt with at all .Continuing to put substandard windshields into cars is only compounding the problem.All 5 of my windshields have been replaced under warrentee ,so I don't have any complaints on that score ,HOWEVER,each and every time I have been forced to rent a car at my own expense($36/day=$180).The definition of insanity is continuing to do the same thing and expecting different results.I await your call.
