Eeek, 10 months! Well that gives you plenty of time to stock up on accessories for your new baby.

Welcome!

It took me 5 months to get my 2004 MCS for MSRP. It seemed like a year. Good luck and welcome to the club! You may want to order from another dealer for MSRP. Many can have your custom build order delivered in 8-10 weeks.

Congrats!! I'm an East Bay buyer, too. Had mine 1 month tomorrow. I waited 10 months also, but the anticipation is part of the fun.

Waiting is a horrible thing. The good news is--IT'S WORTH THE WAIT!!! My MCS is truely a blast to drive!

Cheers...

I've got a CR/W JCW S ordered, and I'm about 8 months or more out. I'm getting it at MSRP, and won't have the money together much before it's due to be delivered, so the wait is just fine w/ me. Also, I currently drive a PS/B MC, so I'm enjoying the MINI experience every day. If I DID have the cash now, I'd look around for one on a lot somewhere else. I believe $500 will get one delivered to you from just about anywhere, and I'm sure my excellent dealership would have no problem w/ servicing whatever MINI was brought to them. That's really the big one: how good is your local dealership?

Phenominal Rawny,

I had to wait 6 mos, the wait goes fast except when you start tracking the car once you get the Estimated Production Date, then it's molasses time.
I've had mine for a month as well, I've had/driven a lot of cars and have two other cars and always take the MCS out, unless it snows then I take the Texas Cadillac.

enjoy the ride!!!
