I'm waiting on a 2004 Chevy truck as of right now. Dealer had over 100 trucks on his lot, but did he have the one I wanted??? noooooo. Only a 6 week wait though. I know what I want and I'm willing to wait for it. Funny thing is I'm not near as anxious as I was waiting for my MINI. :smile:

 

I waited to get RID of my last car for almost 4 years (16yrs old -20yrs old).
Then I waited 6 weeks for my MCS.

I waited 22 months for my 03 MCS. I will wait another 2 years for a Smart Barbus Coupe sportster to come to the U.S. .

Speaking of the Lotus Elise, I recently got a DVD "Mini the complete story" put out by White Star - Duke USA and in it they covered the 40th Birthday celibration of the Mini at a race track in England. Part of the festivities was parade laps around the race track of 850 Minis of every shape and variation and this parade lap was led by two Yellow Lotus Elises !!

I waited 10 weeks to get one of the first PT Cruisers deliverd in our area for my wife in March of 2000
