Inspection I, 2006, MCS-JCW
My car's first inspection date is approaching. Does this work absolutely have to be done by the dealer? Cannot a good and experienced mechanic do this work?

Here is a list/description of the first inspection that most non dealer Mini shops should be able to perform. Good luck.
