R50/53 screw down coilover from at the top ?

screw down coilover from at the top ?
So here is my problem I have kW race spec coilovers.... and a helx camber kit
I can’t seem to screw down the coil all the way while the camber it is in place...
I was told that there is some type of special nut or something I can get to deal with this.... now I know what you’re going to say clap down the coil with a rag... don’t want to do that, I also tried a screwdriver to hold the nut in place while I screw down...that worked but to an point...so if someone can help me find this tool that would be great or whats its called
