Fender vent thingy

Does anyone know if the A panel side scuttle/vent thingy (with side marker light) from the R55 etc. will fit the earlier R50 etc. models? Thanks.

I don't think so, since the 2nd generation scuttles are bigger

2nd Gen A panel side scuttle/vent thingy does not fit the 1st Gen.
