Hi all! New member here looking for a bit of help.
(I did search this forum too beforehand)

Maybe I am blind, but where is the location of the steering fluid reservoir on an '06 MCS?

I have a small leak in one of the hoses (as told at the dealership)
but when I went searching for the tank to fill up the reservoir I could not find it.
I also found no mention of it in the manual.

Ps, thanks for the many warnings about the correct fluid. I bought some prior to reading, and you all saved me a big hassle

 

It's the black reservoir with the green circle on the cap near the top just above the oil cap in the photo:

Thanks! I looked at that, but did not see any markings that described what it might contain.

It's funny how the manual doesn't mention it at all (?)

Fluid level should be between the two lines on the stick.
