my buddy Loaded got his '02 MCS on Sept. 20th, '02, and now has over 49,000 miles! He's bashful and doesn't post here much

Good to hear about all the nice high mileage MINIs out there.
Just keep the tires rotated and the oil changed regularly and I think you can easily put a few 100,000 miles on in no time without much hassle.

Not nearly as dramatic, but my MINI is just a few days over 7 months old (has it really been that long???) and has over 16300 on him

Not yet, though I did hit 10,000 miles yesterday and 1,000 posts today. That must count for something. (yea, too much posting, and not enough driving!)

I think Gabe just crossed the 30K mile threshold a couple of weeks ago.

My MINI COOPER

I've been slacking off a bit. I did however just buy the extended maintenance though.

I'm sad... I was, at one point, on track for about 30k miles within the first year, but the driving has waned a bit as I've picked up a few responsibilities here and there. So now we're at 8.5 months and just shy of 24k. Besides the stumble and some boot latch/windscreen issues, I've been just as pleased as punch.

Congrats on your 36k, DiD... and here's to doubling!

Check my sig now. It takes a little from the original and a little from your modded version.

Cool Dave
My long-wheelbase MINI was a bit exaggerated, you made it just right!
