Mini sunroof

My wife saw a mini today and she told me that she thought she noticed the 2 piece sunroof being both open about a half inch. Was she seeing things or does the mini sunroof tilt open on both window panes?

On the '07 and up models it does. The 2 piece on the '02-'06 on the front tilts up.

btw the rear piece only cracks, then if the front is slid back the rear piece closes again....the rear does not slide
