Pics anyway, pics are fun

You have the same wheel I have, I love it. At first I didn't because I didn't see the controls on the back, but when I grabbed the wheel and felt the controls I was in love. My old E46 had the controls on the front of the wheel and they were convenient. Something about the backside controls just work better though.

Very nice looking ride.

Another new '03 buyer here... I bought a brand new MR2 back in 2001 and within months saw my first MINI. I've wanted one ever since. But I traded my MR2 for a 2001 X5 after a few too many tickets. Now, with both kids through college and no need for an SUV, I started eyeing the new Clubman. But with this economy (and my lack of patience), I decided I'd trade my X5 for a used MINI to stay debt free. So, just a few days ago, I picked up a 2003 BRG/BRG MC w/ 42k miles. I love it! I still want a Horizon Blue Clubman S someday, but for now, it's VERY easy to enjoy this one!! Plus, it's in incredible shape. I love the Cordoba Beige soft leather.

Another Mini S owner here. A friend of OP too. 2003 Mini S with 78k miles.

Car came with the receipt of EvoTech software and pulley upgrade. But, when I test drove against other totally stock Mini S, I cannot tell the difference in terms of power except the supercharger whines a lot louder. I wonder dealer reflashed the software back to stock. Anyway I could check that out myself? Thanks.

Interesting, the highest mileage Cooper S I've seen was last week with 140k. As long as you take care of them, they'll keep running strong.
