Probably a stupid PDC question...
I sold my 04MC last week and bought a 06MCS over the weekend. I'm in love!!! I have what is probably a stupid question, though. How can I tell if I have PDC on my new Mini? I assuming that it should be obvious when I put the car into reverse. I hear or notice nothing when I put the car in reverse, but I didn't know if it's possible that the PDC could be disabled and needs to be re-enabled? I'm not completely versed on the Navigation system yet. I've also read a couple of people have had issues with blown fuses. So how can I tell by looking at the rear bumper? I've looked for "holes" and I haven't seen any that are obvious to me.
I don't have a good picture of the back yet. But here's what I do have...
Thanks!

Nope, you don't have PDC. Easiest way to tell is by looking at the rear bumper cover of the car. If the car has PDC you'll see circular rivets or sensors about 9 or 12 inches from each other in the cover's surface.
From the pic I can tell you don't have it.
BTW, congratulations on the new car!
Here is a pic of a MINI equipped with PDC (PDC was standard on the R52 convertibles due to poor rearward visibility):

Thanks, ClubmanS! I did all kinds of searches trying to find a picture of the sensors and never came up with anything. I figured that I didn't have it. But I LOVE my new mini nonetheless! You can hardly get me out of it! What a difference from the non S to the S!
