Well, how 'bout it? I'm curious what they look like. I'm talking about the black bumper inserts that are an option on the cooper as oppossed to the chrome inserts. They have been out for a while now and if you got them, show them off (a la photos).

 

I will not rest until I see a tangible picture of these. C'mon people, someone has to have them.

 

I don't have them yet, but they should come sometime in November (build date 10/17). They are going on a Pepper White Cooper with the Scottish St Andrews Cross on the roof for a bit of color.

PW/black mirrors/black bumper inserts/anthracite/leatherette/tinted windows/and an AUX port...for my iPod, of course!

 

There is a picture of a PW/B MINI w/ the black inserts somewhere in the "Member MINIs" feature (I think).

No offense, but I was considering it until I saw that picture. It just doesn't look right w/ all the chrome.

If you want inserts and if they are rubber, they would probably be more functional than the chrome ones. My MA told me the chrome ones tend very easily. My take was also that the black ones seem mismatched so I opted for none. Then again, with a black roof the other might blend nicely. Or save $150 and buy a glovebox organizer and center console insert instead. Actually, to each their own.
