I LOVE the part about how MINIs domain name suggestions seem to conflict with their own complaint about using 'MINI' in the name.... (iluvmymini.com, etc) LOL. It's obvious that they are SELECTIVELY protecting their rights, which goes against their own argument about protection...
Personally, I am tired of MINI and BMW. Sure, they made a car I love to drive, but they have NO clue how to foster the community or a satisfied customer base. It shows in this action and in their handling of the stumble issue, the cupholders, and a few other items.
