First of all, I'd be surprised if it is a JCW. Check for the badge under the hood first of all. There are a number of other ways to check so just do a search here - the price says no way. Beyond that, it looks like its in good condition, but definitely check the shock towers and the interior could be leatherette -hard to tell. Otherwise, take it for a ride and see what you think and let us know.
Where is it at?
Never seen the JCW badging where those are, could be because that does not look like the OEM lower grill where the JCW badge usually is.
Check the VIN # and run a Carfax if you are serious and after that you would want to make sure the supercharger isn't making a rattling sound and then the usual double checks clutch, trans, oil pressure, etc....
Because of the snow under it I would also do a thorough rust check.

Thank you guys.
I think you are right. Looks kinda fishy with that BMW badge!!!! (I did not notice it).
To be honest I have no ideea what the difference is between the JCW and a regular S (in terms of appearance).
Prolly the guy is a poser? Or maybe some upgrades, but then who knows how it was driven?

The car is a manual, yet it has remote start... Thats an interesting combination, a stock MINI (or any stock manual for that matter) will not have remote start. Appears to have aftermarket pedals as well.
I would ask for a list of EVERYTHING he has done to the car.
