R50/53 Indicator lights relay placement
Indicator lights relay placement
Hi all
I have done a long search but I can not find the flasher relay's position anywhere. Does anyone know were it is? I have led lights on my car, currently with resistors. I would like to remove the resistors and get an electronic flasher that does not need them. I have a Mini Cooper S 2005 model.
Thanks in advance

He already has these on his lights, and that's what he is going to need to stick with.
Yes, I already have resistors on them but doing so I raise wattage drawn by them cause they convert power to heat intstead of light. I wanted to minimize power consumption by using leds all around. I have a 900 watt RMS amplifier plus a small factor PC at the boot that kills my battery after a while, sitting with hazard lights on. I am now in the process of changing all internal bulbs with leds.
BMW confirmed that the control unit is a whole board that also controls various other things and can not be replaced with anything else.
