Being that it's a supercharged engine, I'd sure like to know how much boost I'm producing at any given time!! Since there are several potential options for boost gauges out there, just thought I'd see what other's think of them:

1-There are aftermarket guages out there that would aesthetically work great with the MINI's interior...like say the Autometer Ultra-light Series (ATM-4401 specifically). They run about $60ish, but would need to have something fabricated for mounting.

2-BMP is soon to offer a nifty boost and oil pressure kit that mounts with the tach. VERY slick...VERY expensive. The mechanical guage set runs $359.95 and the "deluxe" electrical guage set is $475.95.

3-Isn't there going to be a dealer accessory option for such guages mounting behind cup holders?

There is a factory (dealer installed) gage set option they mount in the center behind the cup holders. But the dealer told me that there are only oil pressure and volt meter gages available. No boost gage that they know of. I was looking at the BMP set and I believe they are either the autometer ultralite or sport comp gages.
