Colder NGK spark plugs question

I've searched endlessly and i couldn't find the definite answer to this.

for my mod, i would like to go one step colder on NGK Iridiums specifically, and i'm not sure whether I would need

BKR7EIX-11, which is 0.44 gapped

or

BKR7EIX, which is 0.30 gapped.
