Not sure who this is but lets discuss it via phone. Without any more info besides this post there is little we can do. Give us a call anytime to discuss this

I am sure we could go back and forth with this for a while but that really wouldn't accomplish much. If you would like to discuss it give me a call anytime. Bottom line is our expectations weren't met with our agreement. We won't discuss this further much like we did not discuss it publicly when it was occurring, just not professional. Again give me a call anytime, still willing to talk even though you don't own the company anymore.

It is wrong of Minimadness to ignore you and I do think they overcharged you. I run a shipping operation and I can assure you it cost more than $26.00 to ship your headers. UPS and USPS are very close today with their package rates. What you don't see is what Minimadness paid in addition to the USPS; pick-up fee, oversized package fee, insurance and the time spent just dealing with the postal service. But with that said, $152 is too much. I calculated around $60

Ok, time to put a hold on this one so we can all take a deep breath before jumping on the dog pile. Seems like the concerned parties have already agreed in public to talk in private -- more folks jumping in just because they smell blood in the water isn't helpful.
