OPECSKS Vanity plate refused

State of NY all was well on the website said it was available I paid and then waited nol plates just a letter. Plate has been denied due to offending other people. I just wanted to **** off SUV drivers and the Oil exporting countries.

btw, NY is being a little harsh.... They should have granted the plate. Pretty much any free-marketer would agree that cartels are bad news....
