Rear Seat Delete ad Rear Brace

Hi,
I'm working on a rear seat delete project for my MCSa. My plan is to remove the rear seat and fit a rear brace and I think I would go for M7 rear brace for that but I'll overlay it with black carbon fiber. Below are the project details and I need your help:

Parts to be installed:
http://www.outmotoring.com/mini-coop...elete_kit.html
http://www.m7tuning.com/parts/produc...products_id=49

Few points:
The look, I would love to have my car look OEM and this is why I'm considering a GP rear interior instead of the kit at OutMotoring.
The noise, I know using a normal rear seat delete kit will allow more noise in the car as the back seat works as a sound deadner. This is why I'm considering the GP interior.

So guys what do you think? I hope you come up with the best rear seat delete kit and a rear brace combination for my car.

I am also looking for a rear seat delete kit. At the moment I simply dont have rear seats :-) While I have no personal experience, Ive heard from others on the site that the full GP interior is extremely expensive to purchase from MINI. Just me $.02 good luck!

the only thing my M7 rear brace does well is hold the spare tire I have strapped to it.

Save some money and buy the GP foam rear seat replacement and cover it with some carpet. It's very light but needs some cutting at the two ends to fit.

I've made one and I like it. It also have room for a harnas although I had to cut some more from the sides to fit the Schroth harnas.

So no performance gain or noise reduction?

This is nice man. Is this an OEM part? Any part number or price? So if I put this it will work as a sound deadner and still look like a GP??
