I've read all the prior threads about the various noises MC's are apt to make but nothing seems to hit my problem. I have 74k miles and have a creaking noise coming from under the dash/ glove box. It reminds me of a wooden floor that creaks when your upstairs neighbor walks around at midnight. It happens only when I turn the steering wheel either way and is loud enough to be noticed by all passengers.

Anyone experience the same sort of noise and if so, did you have it repaired? What was your outcome? Is this something an avg do it yourselfer could possible fix?
