I LOVE YOUR MINI! !

and you know that dash just makes it YOURS !

As you know, most of us custom order our MINIs so they are OURS! out of 100,000 MINIs built there are only 5% that have an exact twin somewhere in the world! Each MINI is special and different in it's own way!

Now I know you didn't get to order your MINI but it had the options you would have ordered! Lucky You! but that Dash being painted to match the car... well there's your ace in the hole! What's the chance of there ever being another Indy Blue one built like your MINI with that dash, a million to one!

It's so beautiful!
Deli was worried, put out the ABP,
I thought to myself, She's out motoring !
perhaps a trip to Maryland and back!!!

I'm so psyched about the car I can't even tell you. I know there seem to be a lot of IB/W MCS's represented on MCO so I was worried that my car wouldn't be special. I always like to have a car that's just a bit unique. Not outrageous or ricey, just slightly different. The blue dash was just the ticket. Only problem is now I have to wax the inside of my car as well as the outside.

I don't mean to make a duplicate post BUT...That car rocks! I have to agree with the other peeps here, that is the most beautiful Mini that I have ever seen! Including my poor baby sitting on the dealer lot. Where were you when I was deciding on my colors?
Incredible car Jerseygirl!

Just another member chiming in to say "The search is over- yours is now the prettiest MINI on the planet." My next MINI will be IB/W, but how to get it any better looking?? That dash is an absolutely brilliant individualizing feature. The only way to top it would be if one could have blue LED's on the speedo, ACC and tach

Did you carry a favorite CD with you to pick up the MCS, if so what was it. Know you haven't had it long but what do you think of the HK system. Does it rock or what?
Charles

P.S. I still have that M3 car cover for sell, you know your M3 is going to get dusty just setting there.

You're all making me blush. It's very kind of you but aside from dash there's nothing really that unique about the car. Though, I have to say the IB is fantastic!

The H/K system sounds pretty good so far. I still have to play with the settings a bit to figure out what I like best. I had a couple Springsteen CD's with me. First song I played... Born to Run. Seemed appropriate for the occasion.

I like the idea of the car cover but the MINI "needs" a few things and there's not a lot of money right now. Wanna buy a VW?

Your MINI is super nice- an inspiration for the rest of us.
I already had planned to paint my dash or do something with it. You beat me to it.
It's simply terrific- enjoy.
No wonder you wanted to get it- it had jerseygirl written all over it.
Please post more interior pictures please!

SWEEEEEEEEEEEEET!!!

As an Indi blue "cousin", I have to admire your choice! And the dash is GORGEOUS!

P.S. Where did you hear that the stripes should go over the clear bra? I'd never heard that. The guy that did my bra said he'd done some over stripes and as long as you do it carefully so there's no air gap at he stripe edges it works fine. I don't have stripes, but I'm just curious.

I read it somewhere on MCO. The theory being I guess that if the stripes get damaged you can easily remove and replace them without having to replace the more expensive bra.

As requested, here's one more picture of the interior.

That's all I have for now. The light was getting pretty bad by the time we got home.

I figured I would post here as well. Even though it was earlier than you anticipated, I am glad the ride in my car "pushed you over the edge" as you say. The car is beautiful. I wish you the best of luck with it. Let's talk when you are ready to start modding!
Enjoy and drive the thing!!

ryan - I have a Cooper, so I don't know nothing about fast

One of the best looking IB/W MCS's I've seen. Really love that Lapis Blue interior...maybe if I ever get an M5 I can do the whole LeMan's Blue thing....

hehe it makes sense now

i thought the later pics where u want the car to be

then i realized, THAT was ur car...cuz i saw the vehicross int eh background..and the same garage area as the mini

the florida and NJ plates threw me

but i put two and two togther, u prob bought it in florida, and now have it in NJ

great choice in wheels and great choice in car

may i ask how much u paid for that?

i am always worried about buying such high performance cars used, because i never know what the old owner did

waht do u do for a living?

how u drive that beast in NJ?

sorry i am making it sound like 20 questions

its just that besides paul tracy, ur my new hero

Very nice, I wonder if you've considered having the doors done too. That would be killer.
Good luck motoring!
