Hegira; I've read the whole thread: go back to drinking. Hell, throw in a cigar while you're at it. I'll meet you at the bar and buy the first round. Bring glue, we can whoop it up.

A glass of Jim Beam, a bottle of Bass Ale, and an Avo No4, and some Coltrane in the background?
This could be the start of a beautiful friendship.
But will you "stick" around for the 2nd round? (Sorry. Terrible pun.)

It seems there are many subtance abusers here, might I suggest a 12 step program and some spa time to detox your body, mind and soul.Get some UVs and go for a jog, spend some time by the lake and meditate on your new healthy life style

I'm a big fan of Blitz Wax, too. When I have time and want crazy beading/protection, I top Colinite Insulator Wax with Blitz. Blitz is the longest lasting carnauba I've ever used - on a non-garaged daily driver, it used to be on there (as far as I could tell at least) for over 2 months.

Here's a fresh detail with BW (Klasse AIO underneath) from a couple of years ago:

I used Blitz One Grand wax on all of them, and with the exception of the dust, the results are amazing.
This is a pure carnauba (yellow and white) wax, with no additives or "cleaners". Cleaner waxes, or Polish waxes, in my opinion, are like conditioner shampoos. You end up with a compromised product, that does it's job with mediocre results, when compared with separate treatments of cleaning and waxing.
The application and removal are the easiest I've found, and it works as well on European paint as American (or Japanese).
I fear I may have gone a little off-topic, but with the recent increased intake of alcohol and airplane glue, I think it's understandable.
Have a day.
