macandcheese, why do you still post here? You must be the most unhappy person on the planet. I would think you would get tired being in such an unpleasant state of being, and would make some kind of change, get rid of the car, or get counseling, or maybe a lawyer so you could sue someone. Anything that would make you a happier person would be a good thing.

I'm sorry I can't relate with you guys on the waiting. I lucked out on finding the car I wanted, in the trim I wanted,(exactly the way I wanted) on the lot with out an owner (like finding a the exact puppy at the pound) so I just haggled with the sales man, pretending to want another color/trim and decided to settle on the car I wanted instead.

funny thing is the motoring advisor turned out to be my uncles best friend in High school or something so I ended up telling him the truth (3weeks after papers were signed) he told me I inherited my uncles negotiating skills.

 

WOW most likely mine is one towards the front as it missed the ship before it by a day.

OK now I hate the en route screen.

 

I still can't believe I waited three months for my Cooper. It was worth it...the car is configured exactly the way I wanted it! But if it hadn't been for the Christmas and New Year's holidays, which fell right prior to my build date, I'd might have gone mad. (wait...maybe I did!) I hesitate to use the analogy of childbirth, but you forget the pain once you're out motoring. (...okay, the analogy breaks down quickly so don't think about it too much! )
