oops I forgot to search on this... oh well don't flame me if it's a repeat!

Looking through the gallery, I noticed some of the bonnet stripes are a single color, while others are outlined in black pinstripes.

What decides which are which? Which is standard? I really like the black pinstripes surrounding white stripes on electric blue and don't know if my e.b. will have that.

if you get the stripes from MINI the standard is "supose" to be one color for the MC and 2-color for the MCS. In the aftermarket world the choice is yours and the colors are unlimited.
