R50/53 SS+ no longer available for MC??

It seems that this option might not be available for the 2004 MC? A pricing list on another forum indicated this is not an option for the MC. Can anyone verify this, or might this change be institued later on... :???:

There's no news of this not being available, at least from the world of Gabe Bridger. I'd guess this rumor is just that.
