R50/53 Mini Customer Service?
I just received word that my Mini is on the ship. Also that they changed my order without telling me. The Xenons I ordered are on back order so they just built it and sent it on. My BMW dealer (read 'we delight our customers with our service') said 1) we can reorder and get next years model in a few more months and 2) they can't retro-fit the headlamps. My, my. That's going the extra mile. I wonder how they replace the Xenons if the car actually gets in an accident. Just leave the headlamp holes empty? Is this just my dealer or is this what I can expect from BMW?
