Really depends on many things. That said I am more tempted to go toward a newer albeit higher mileage car. Typically rust and things of that nature are less of an issue. And to me, higher mileage like that probably means more highway driving, which isnt all that hard on a car. That said, If I were in the market far a used car my mileage cutoff would be close to 65k, any higher and I feel like I would be putting to much work into it. Of course, there are so many cars that betray this "rule" it isnt even funny. Heck my parents '94 GMC sub-urban had very few problems and probably could have gone on for another 50k, and this with mostly suburban driving in the northeast (potholes and more potholes).
Ok, I am done rambling.
To answer your first question, it is probably fine, you will just want to R&R the supercharger pretty soon. I would get it if that counts for anything.

14k for the '05 is pretty good provided that it was well taken care of, in good shape, and not abused, neglected, and then ditched...and that you'll want to keep it for yourself. your resale will be bad, but you paid less. high mileage cars are runners and that can be a good sign. just keep in mind that at 100k there'll be some typical things that'll need service (see the buyer's guide in mc2 or motoringfile); i'm going thru that right now. alternatively, you can get the seller to do those things preemptively as part of your negotiation. looks like it already comes w/ 150k-mile warranty
That one looks to have a 150K warranty attached.
If that's true, jump on it (but make sure it covers at least all drivetrain components).

Wow... that is a good price for an 05 with high mileage. I would also run a carfax on that just to use as a negotiating tactic if you see anything on the report. That dealer is near me and has a wide range of used cars, sometimes even Ferrari 355's and Mondial....

85K miles on a 3 year old car is a lot of miles no matter how you cut it or slice it. Make sure all critical maintenance was done to the car before signing on the dotted line. The car was nearly driven 28.6K miles per year. That works out to nearly 2,400 miles per month since new.
