Ok so I've searched for some time now and I can not find anything so I figured I'd post it and see if i'm just missing something obvious.

When I turn my light switch on the steering column to 'parking lights' only the side markers and rear lights turn on, and not the front parking lights. Is this supposed to be how it works on Minis? Does this need to be activated or do I have something else going on? The front lights work with turn signals and hazards but just not when in 'parking lights' mode. Thanks!

If they also don't come on with the headlights, chances are that both of them are burned out and need to be replaced. It's separate bulb from the turnsignals/hazards. That was the deal with my used 04 when I got it last summer.

 

Thanks! Yea I got this '05 used in November and it being not that long ago I just figured they wouldn't of burned out. I will check them out now. btw do you know the part number on those replacement bulbs? I got "2825LL" off the Sylvania site but I thought I read somewhere that those were wrong or something else worked better.
