What the hell is going on here? I hope this is all in fun. Sometimes paople get all uptite and wound up. I remember when people used to get tickets at car shows from cops because they had looney toons charachters painted on their cars. What a bunch of crap. I don't think the money even went to WB. If Microsoft hardly ever busts single user with pirate software, I dont think Marvel is gunna do anything.

It's a tough call... The Marvel Copywrite is a HOT commodity right now...
Xmen, X2, Spiderman, Spidey 2, Hulk, Punisher, Blade, Blade 2 and more than you can imagine.

That guy who illegally uploaded the Hulk.... made no profit, is looking at 3 years in Fed Prison. I have sent out Copywrite Infringement notices to people before, when MY Copywrite was being infringed. Luckily for them, they ceased. Disney sends out multiple notices daily...

as another example, there was a certain person I knew who was infringing upon a Star Trek (PARAMOUNT) Copywrite, he was not only told to stop, he settled out of court for an undisclosed amount.
An Entity such as Marvel, will protect their assets...

I could care less tho... it's all to get That Pixie Spun out.
