Here's one: Is there any way to tell from the VIN number the ACTUAL build date of your MINI? My estimated build was 6/13, as in Friday the 13th, which was also a full moon day.
Just wondering...........

 

i think if you call 1866 ASK MINI they can tell you when it was started and when it finished production. my build date was the 13th as well but my car was finished by the 10th and sent to south hampton on the 12th. went on the boat on the 14th!!

 

If you give me your VIN, I can give you all of the information on your car. Build date, etc.
