R50/53 Another ?
Someone please.... 'splain this to me!!! Are we watching them while we're driving? Cause that's no good... Are we playing them for our passenger? Cause then we don't have a Nav system... Are we sitting in our driveway watching movies? Cause... no. I'm not even gonna go there!
Maybe just listening to a Dolby D or DTS soundtrack to a DVD? Which you can certainly do at home. Just turn off the monitor.
But then you would need a whole "nother amp and sub, etc.
Someone has done it I believe in a factory package with screens in the back seat, so the sound portion has been figured out.

I usually dont use my NAV when Im driving around my local area and thats 95% of my driving. A lot of the time I have a passenger or passengers...hence wanting a TV. Also good if your waiting to pick someone up or stuck in bumper to bumper traffic..which happens to be a lot in NY.
Ok... I understand if you're stuck somewhere. And I certainly understand if you're in bumper to bumper traffic.... but then, I think that's one of the worst times to watch it, as that is when you need to be paying the most attention. I don't even want to think that the person coasting along behind me could potentially be distracted by a movie...
But, since this thread is just about "how do I do it?" I suppose I'll just stop bugging all those inquisitive bodies out there. Even if I do think it's a bad, horrible, scary idea.
