R50/53 Sparkplugs??

again... no idea where to put this 1... so here sounds good...
i rele dont know alot about sparkplugs... i take that back... i know minimal info bout them... so heres my question... i have a box of NGK Bpr8es from my old evo 8... now i compared them to the suggested plugs on Sparkplugs.com and the only difference i can see is the hex size... it says the 1s for the cooper is 5/8... and the 1s i have are 13/14... ne 1 have a clue wtf that means... haha please let me know so i dnt detonate the everliving hell outa my motor... thanks

Just because it fits dosen't mean you should use it. Yes it may fit and it may work, but for how long and how well are in question. I forget the plug number but the factory plugs are a, I think, laser platinum 4 electrode design. These are designed to go 50-60k miles. A high compression Mini motor, wether it's supercharged or NA, needs the platinums so it dosen't blow the flame out.
