Rear End Noise in my 04MCSJCW

Alright, Now I have to bring it to the boards. Ever since this October I have been hearing this ...what only can be described as warped whiring sound outta of the rear of my car while driving at speeds. Now you know I had it to the dealer several times. They insist on it being nothing they could see while spinning her. I took it several times. They are telling me it is tire noise.

Now that Blackeyedsuzie played with all her other playmates on the Dragon this weekend I SWEAR it is louder, more pronounced.

Anyone else have a problem like this? Like I have to crank my radio to not hear it now. It is deafening. I swear I can feel it now throughout the whole car .... a vibration..... but I told them that last time and they just looked at me like I had five heads.
If I take it out to Classic one more time and they tell me that it is outta warranty now and this is what the problem is KA-CHING$$ Someone is gonna get hurt, I swear! I can't help but feel like it is an expensive problem that they are jackin me around on until I run outta warranty. I am at 32K now so I don't even know where I am in being covered from some kind of problem like this. -Specially since I don't even know what it is.

I isn't like it's a Buick, I can pull into another garage and ask for a second opinion. Any way I cut it, It's a two hour drive to another dealer and besides they have computer notes on the car so.... they will see I have been in the dealer with this same complaint.

I do have a widenening kit on her. With 1 1/2 inch spacers on the wheels but since Oct. It has gotten alot more pronounced. There is no popping on turns or anything, or any shifting that I notice, just this high pitched whiring warped kind of sound. Like when the front CV Joint went bad in my buick.

Can anyone share any kind of similar experience with this kind of noise and any suggestions of what I can look at tackling to start eliminating possible problems.

does this mean that my struts are bad?

I looked up online what that meant "cupped tires". First time I have heard that term. It says it sounds like you have a cement truck behind you. Uhhhh Yeah, that is pretty much the sound!

Could be bad tires (cheap) possible...
could be bad struts... Hoping that isn't it

If it is the struts, is there a way I can visualize this or have someone other than the dealer tell me that is the problem?

I will say this much. I have had my tires hit the wheel well when I hit a bad bump like when going over a small bridge on the highway that wasn't graded well. And the article I read made it sound like that could be the cause.

Again.... though.... is that because of rear struts?
