Not a new one exactly, but merge the original one with a new one. Either that or create a new one and close the original one. Either way, you want to wind up with only one thread. I'm not moderating here; I'm just a citizen trying to breathe a bit of live into something that looked a bit stalled. I think we are all fighting with trying to find time for doing stuff like this, but I think this will get resolved very soon.
