Can we do business over the phone??
I'm interested in a car you guys (Prestige) have on the lot but I live in Massachusetts. Would there be anyway of talking business over the phone With out having to drive all the way down there just to look at your stock, only to drive all they way back in the same day? to make things more difficult I also have a trade.
You can always negotiate over the phone. Having a trade-in makes it difficult to get an accurate estimate of a final price though. But you have a couple options. You can look at the Kelly Blue Book value online. Use the average trade in price make sure you take all the deductions and additions and be honest about the condition of the car. You can also take the car to some local dealerships and ask them to give you a price with them just buying your car. Then you can negotiate over the phone on the price of the new car knowing what you can get for the trade locally. Most dealerships will negotiate the price of the new car with the understanding that your trade-in will be appraised for the price that they will buy it for, not inflated with profit from the new car.
