Where are you?

There are monthly get togethers in Seattle scheduled through MINI Cooper Meetup on the first Saturday of the month.

In Portland check http://www.pdxmini.org they have been pretty orgainzed, but I haven't heard anything from them lately.

:smile: Where in PDX are you located? I am in Tigard. Perhaps I have seen your MINI.
The PDX Mini club is the best. Some of the best times I had last summer was with the group doing some serious motoring.

The PDX Mini club has voted in new club officers recently. We (as a club) are reorganizing for the Spring. I think we were wanting to do a major meet every month during the spring and summer.
Hang out here. This is the principal meeting place for members and non-members in Portland and Salem (and one or two from further down south).

You are personally invited to join the club. The web site has not been updated completely, but we are expecting some big changes soon, with more club officers to pitch in. You can fill out the membership form on the web site, or contact any of the officers (or PM me) for more info.

Glas to hear you guys are still active down there. I had a great time at the big MINI rally at McMinammons grand hotel ? last year.

I'm in Gresham. I picked up my MCS from Classic in OH and drove it back to OR. I only have the car in OR for about a week. Due to the weather, I only drove it twice. Now it's undergoing some major upgrades (aero kit, stereo, gauges, nav, etc...). So the car is currently not drivable. I want to get everything done before end of the month. I really miss driving it.

 

Kim has posted the tentative 2004 schedule for Portland here (under Pacific Northwest Regional Forum)! It's going to be a great year. We have a Meetup Feb 7th.... not sure where, but if you join Meetup (it's free) at http://www.minicooper.meetup.com you can vote for the venue... Hope to see you on the 7th.

It's a sunny day -- gotta go give Spot a bath, and take him for some exercise! He's sick of stumbling and sliding on wet, gravel-covered roads. I'll let him find the dry twisties..... btw - I'm in Oregon City
