I love that video. I've had a copy on my hard drive for a couple years now. The grin on my face never gets any smaller. My other favorite is the "Rendezvous" movie with the Ferrari through Paris.

That video is absolutely buried deep within that flash-based site. You need to click on the downloads link. Then click on the map of the Nurburgring, the third one down the page on the left side.

 

I let it fully load, and MAN, was it choppy. I couldn't even watch it. I tried pausing it a few times, then playing, but it still looked choppy. Is there anywhere else we can see this video? You Tube or Google video?

 

All the original links, and I think Onasled had the first about a year ago, are gone. It looks like BMW had them pulled from all the video servers.

 

Check out Murmini's link above. The video is buried in the X5 stuff...it's worth looking for and it played SUPER smooth. I'm tellin ya you'll like it!

In Forza Motorsport on the Xbox you can re-create this famous run on Nurburgring with the same car hans used. It is pretty cool.

 

I've seen the video plenty before (I thought I had a copy of it somewhere, but haven't located it).

BUT it is worth watching again and again and again! Plus, I hadn't seen the one with the commentary from Hans that is on the BMW site. That was also cool!

The commentary is quite amusing, I love how he was so quick to point out he was passing an Audi. And he gives the MINI Cooper a little love in the beginning too.

Whoa...I just saw that one. That guy's spending 1/2 the time at opposite lock to keep the back end from swapping places. Is there any clip of that besides the crappy Google video?
