Many nice cars n Europe

I wish that cars like the BMW "One" series were here.... I saw a very nice sporty coupe.... Mercedes has the "A" class.....

Smart has a "Elise" style little number that is very cool looking.... not cheap.... about $21,000 Euros but what a cool little package

Alfa Romeos, Peugot, etc, etc, lots of very nice cars that make sense for our market.....

not to mention the real exotics....

On the last episode of White Roof Radio it was mentioned that the Smart Roadster you speak of is no longer being built. Too bad. It looked nice but they did say it was rather small. Smaller than the previous generation Miata I don't know. But if it were that size. Then it would have been a nice commuter/weekend/autocross car.

I've always enjoyed the smaller cars Europe has to offer. In the 80's during high school I liked the Honda CRX hatch back but that was the only small car I knew of in the states that wasn't an Escort or Chevette. By the time I could manage a car, the CRX had passed. And at the time as well into the 90's there really wasn't a good, fun, small car, imo, until the MINI came out.

Speaking of the BMW 1 series. I like the looks of them. Also it was mentioned in the latest Automobile magazine about the possibility of a Z2 being built. Smaller than the current Z4 and closer to the main reason for the Z3. Driving pleasure. The artist rendering of the Z2 looked very nice.
