In Cambridge, MA today, on Mass. Ave., I saw a Peugeot 206. You know, the tiny little hardtop convertible that somehow has four seats? http://www.globalautoindex.com/model.plt?no=60&***=#

I'd only seen them in Europe before. Are they sold in Canada? Where could this have come from?

 

Dunno if Canuckland sells them, maybe as SmartCars are sold there. Sometimes the Euros bring over their "Not for U.S. sale" vehicles to film advertisements for the home country. I recall seeing several Renault ads filmed in NYC and the Western Deserts of Nevada and California when I lived in Europe.

 

Peugeot hasn't been imported into Canada since the 1979 604. It seems even the faux French of Quebec have limits to their patriotism.
