You are thinking of the Renault 5 Turbo 2.

Check out this site for some info about this fantastic car. Pretty much all it had in common with the LeCar was the body style.

Here's my vote for ugliest car/SUV, the Lexus GX. This picture doesn't do it justice. It's at least as ugly as that Infiniti.

Some people down the street from me have one of these, and I gag every time it rolls up the street. The rear view is especially heinous.

Hey! Thanks for the picture of the Renault.....sure is UGLIER than I remembered.....then again, I mostly saw its hind end anyways.... :smile: That other thing ain't UGLY, it is just a copy of a copy of a bull **** model which was also copied.....and to think (No offense intended to ANYONE reading this---I only hurl insults at the OTP) that saps pay premium prices for a dressed up what Toyota? or is it a Honda or a....??

Why do so many people hate the Element? I think it's a beautiful little machine. I actually preferred the ride of the Element to the Civic SI. I hated the rake on the windshield of the SI.

Aztek is, without a doubt, the fugliest car out there - only excepting the H2 Hummer.

Okay, I have to add to what's been previously mentioned.....

As much as I love the concept and ethic of hybrids, the redesigned Prius reminds me SO MUCH of a baby Aztek! I want to avert my eyes every time one crosses my path. YUCK!!! Who on the planet would have had the nerve....no, the gall.....to in any way emulate (whether on purpose or accident) such a universally notorious design abomination. Unbelievable!!! I was totally unoffended (not excited either) by the earlier Prius design (2002), but the new one is crap!!! DOUBLE YUCK!!!
